In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether using the same or different identity documents, payment methods, or device profiles — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate Registration Information: All information provided during registration — including full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and CNIC number — must be accurate, complete, and current. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
• Not a Compulsive Gambler: You confirm that you are not aware of being a compulsive or problem gambler and that your use of zc8888 will not adversely impact your financial wellbeing or that of dependents. If at any time you believe you may have a gambling problem, you are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tools available in your account settings.
• Personal Use Only: Your zc8888 account is for your personal use only. You may not allow third parties to access or use your account, and you may not use your account on behalf of a third party. Sharing account credentials with any other person is a breach of this Agreement.

zc8888 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for that refusal. Approval of registration does not constitute a guarantee of continued access to the platform and does not waive zc8888's right to subsequently verify eligibility and close accounts found to be non-compliant.

Players are fully responsible for the security of their zc8888 account credentials. The following rules apply to all registered accounts on the zc8888 platform:

• Credential Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. 4.4 Source of Funds

4.5 Failed Transactions

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or tamper with any software or game running on the zc8888 platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the zc8888 platform in place of genuine human gameplay.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players — including coordinated betting strategies on live dealer games, poker tables, or any market designed to guarantee a return at the expense of other genuine players.
• Depositing funds derived from unlawful activities, including money laundering, fraud, or any form of financial crime.
• Making a chargeback request on any deposit after using the deposited funds for gameplay. Chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and may be contested by zc8888 through the relevant payment dispute process.
